What is ctAgentDhcpServerDISCOVERMessagesReceived?
This read-only Counter32 tracks how many DHCPDISCOVER messages, the first step clients send to find a DHCP server, have been received. An administrator watches this to confirm clients on the network are actually finding and reaching this DHCP server. For example, if ctAgentDhcpServerDISCOVERMessagesReceived stays flat while new devices are being connected, the admin would suspect DISCOVER broadcasts aren't reaching this server, perhaps due to a VLAN or relay misconfiguration.
