What is ctAgentArpAclRuleRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object controls the lifecycle of an individual ARP ACL rule entry, supporting active, createAndGo, and destroy values. An administrator uses it to add or remove specific sender IP/MAC match rules within an existing ARP ACL. For example, after retiring a server, the admin would set ctAgentArpAclRuleRowStatus to destroy(6) on that server's rule to remove its stale IP/MAC binding from the ACL.
