What is cps6000ShfEntryLfn?

This inactive/active flag reports whether the shelf's lower fan has failed. An administrator watches it as a companion alarm to the upper fan flag, since losing both fans on one shelf sharply increases overheating risk. For example, Lfn going active while Ufn remains inactive still leaves partial cooling, but the admin would schedule fan replacement before the second unit also fails.
