What is cps6000ShfEntryIa1?

This inactive/active flag reports whether Input Voltage A1 has failed on this shelf. An administrator treats an active reading as an alarm that one of the shelf's two A-side feed legs has dropped, threatening redundancy if the B-side also fails. For example, if cps6000ShfEntryIa1 goes active while B1 stays inactive, the shelf is still powered but has lost its A1 backup path.
