What is cps6000Rp1Rss?
This is a read-write action field that, when set to restart(1), commands ringer plant Rp1 to restart. It gives an admin a remote way to recover a hung or faulted ringer generator without needing physical access to power-cycle it. For example, setting cps6000Rp1Rss to restart(1) remotely restarts Rp1 after it reports a major fault, in hopes of clearing the condition.
