What is cps6000Rp1Ofe?

This is a read-write on/off switch, disable(0) or enable(1), enabling or disabling an offset adjustment applied to ringer plant Rp1's output. It gives an admin a way to fine-tune the ringer's delivered voltage or frequency beyond the base setpoint for site-specific line conditions. For example, enabling cps6000Rp1Ofe applies the configured offset adjustment to Rp1's ringing output to compensate for long line loss.
