This is a read-write text field specifying the time of day Po1 places its scheduled dial-out call. It lets the admin schedule the report for an off-peak hour, such as overnight, when the phone line and printer are free. For example, setting cps6000Po1Tim to "02:00" makes Po1's scheduled report call go out at 2 AM.
