What is cpIwfImpairmentInterval?
This read-write Integer32 sets, in minutes, the period over which voice impairment octets are counted to decide whether a threshold-crossing event has occurred, recommended to be a multiple of 5 minutes. It lets an admin control the reporting window for voice quality problems, balancing responsiveness against noise from short transient blips. Setting this to 15 means the CP-IWF tallies filler and dropped octets over each 15-minute window before comparing the total against cpIwfImpairmentThreshold.
