What is aal2SscsSsSarAssemblyTimerValue?
This read-write Integer32 sets, in milliseconds, the segmentation-and-reassembly timer used for I.366.1 SAR, with the specified default effectively infinite per the I.366.1 standard. It lets an admin control how long the CP-IWF waits to reassemble a fragmented SDU before giving up. Lowering this from its effectively-infinite default gives the admin a bounded reassembly wait time, useful if incomplete SDUs need to be discarded more promptly rather than held indefinitely.
