What is wan10gSdhAvailStatus?

This OID is a BITS value that can carry one or more qualifying status flags, such as failed, mismatch, lowerLayerDown, notPresent, degraded, or loopback, adding detail beyond the plain up/down state of this WAN 10G SDH interface. Because several flags can be set at once, an admin can distinguish an interface that is down because the underlying layer is down (lowerLayerDown) from one that is down because it's mid software upgrade (softwareUpgrade) or deliberately looped back for testing (loopback). For example, the source description notes an ODU can be flagged failed even without a cross-connection present, so seeing the failed bit set here alongside notPresent would tell the operator the fault exists independently of any provisioned circuit.
