This is an arbitrary administrator-assigned name for a named group, or list, of trusted certificates. Grouping trusted certificates lets an administrator apply a single named trust anchor set to multiple services, for example RESTCONF or key-sync, rather than managing each trusted-certificate reference individually. For example, an admin might create a trustedCertificateGroupName called corporate-ca-bundle containing every certificate issued by the company's internal CA, and reference that single group wherever trust is needed.
