What is tdcMode?
This sets the tunable dispersion compensation control mode to manual, where the CD value is fixed per configuration, or auto, the default, where the system automatically determines the CD value from measured chromatic dispersion in the span. It determines whether the admin or the system decides the compensation value. For example, an admin who has precisely measured a span's dispersion in advance might switch this to manual and enter that exact value rather than relying on auto mode.
