What is subportStatisticsEntryLastClear?
This read-only IetfYangTypesDateAndTime value records when the performance-monitoring counters for a subport (a logical sub-channel of a physical port) were last reset, defaulting to the all-zero timestamp. Operators check this before trusting an error or utilization count, since a subport counter reset an hour ago tells a very different story than one accumulating for a month. For example, if a subport's error counters look suspiciously low, checking subportStatisticsEntryLastClear showing a reset just 10 minutes ago would explain why, rather than implying the link is unusually clean.
