What is subportConnectedTo?
This identifies the neighboring port or facility that this subport is connected to. It gives an admin topology visibility for a specific logical channel, not just the parent physical port. For example, an admin verifying a cross-connect for one customer's subport would check this field to confirm it points to the correct far-end facility.
