What is subportArcTimer?
This sets the ARC holdoff timer, in minutes, for the subport before an alarm on that channel is reported, defaulting to 1440 minutes with a range of 0 to 10080. It lets an admin tune how long a marginal signal on one logical subport is tolerated before escalating to an alarm, independent of other subports on the same port. For example, an admin might shorten this timer on a subport carrying a critical customer circuit so problems surface faster than the 24-hour default.
