Description: The current mode of the Alarm Report Control (ARC).
What is subportArcState?
This reports the current live ARC mode for the subport, reflecting whether that specific logical channel is currently in an alarm-suppressed acquisition state or alarming normally. It lets an admin check one subport's alarm-control state independent of the parent port. For example, a subport stuck in nalmQi long after it should have qualified would tell the admin that particular customer channel has a persistent signal problem.
