Description: The remaining timer value (format: xxd-xxh:xxm:xxs) before the alarm is reported.
What is subportArcRemainingTime?
This reports the remaining countdown time before the subport's ARC holdoff timer expires and an alarm would be raised for that channel. It gives an admin real-time visibility into how close one specific subport is to alarming. For example, an admin monitoring a marginal customer circuit would watch this countdown on that subport to know how much time remains before the fault becomes a reported alarm.
