What is subportAdminStatus?
This is the administrative state of the subport, letting an operator permit or prohibit its use independent of its actual operational health. It lets an admin deliberately disable one logical subport channel without affecting the others sharing the same physical port. For example, an admin decommissioning one customer's circuit on subport 3 would set its admin status to down while leaving the other subports on that port untouched.
