What is standingConditionDirection?
This specifies the ingress, egress, or not-applicable direction associated with an active standing condition. It helps an admin pinpoint whether an ongoing fault affects incoming or outgoing signal on the resource. For example, an egress-direction standing alarm on a port would direct the admin's attention to the transmit side rather than the receive optics.
