What is routingProtocolRtpName?
This field holds the name of a routing protocol instance, persistent across reboots for system-controlled instances per the description. An admin uses this name to reference a specific routing process instance in configuration and troubleshooting, especially when more than one instance of the same protocol type exists. Because system-controlled instance names don't change across reboots, an operator can safely script against this name without worrying it will shift after a restart.
