What is pppResourceRef?
This row pointer references the lower-layer resource, such as an OSC or OSCX channel, that a given PPP interface runs over. An admin uses this to know which underlying physical or optical-supervisory resource is actually carrying that PPP link's traffic. If a PPP session drops, following this reference to its underlying resource tells the technician which lower layer to check first.
