What is portRxOpticalPowerLane3?
This reports the received optical power on lane 3 of a multi-lane port interface. It allows an admin to monitor that individual lane separately, since a multi-lane optic can have one bad lane while the rest work fine. For example, an admin diagnosing intermittent errors on a QSFP-based port would check each lane's power individually, including this one, to isolate which physical lane is degraded.
