Description: Indicate neighbour port/facility entity to which the current port/facility is connected to.
What is portConnectedTo?
This identifies the neighboring port or facility entity that this port is physically connected to. It gives an admin topology information directly from the device, useful for verifying fiber connections without consulting a separate patch record. For example, an admin suspecting a mis-patched fiber would check this field to see if the port reports being connected to the expected far-end facility.
