What is pmThresholdsValuePmParameter?
This field identifies which specific performance monitoring parameter, counter or gauge, a configured threshold entry applies to. An operator sets this to select exactly which measured value, such as an error-seconds counter or an optical power gauge, should be watched against the paired high/low threshold values. Choosing the wrong parameter here would mean the threshold alert never fires for the condition the admin actually intended to monitor.
