What is pmDataLatestHistoryPmUnit?
This field specifies the unit of measure for the latest-history PM value, such as seconds, dB, or a plain count. An admin needs this to correctly interpret the latest completed interval's PM figure, especially when comparing values across parameters that use different units. Without this field, a value of "12" would be ambiguous as to whether it means 12 errored seconds or 12 dB of power.
