Description: Indicates whether or not a performance monitoring value is valid.
What is pmDataHistoryValidity?
This field flags whether a given historical PM interval's data should be considered valid. An operator filters out entries where this flag indicates invalid data before using the history log for trend analysis or reporting. If a device reboot interrupted PM collection during a past interval, this field is how that gap gets marked so it doesn't skew a longer trend chart.
