What is pmDataHistoryMonitoringDateTime?
This field records the date and time associated with a given entry in the longer-term PM history log, beyond just the single latest interval. An admin uses this to walk back through past monitoring intervals when trending a parameter over days or weeks. For example, pulling several consecutive history timestamps lets a technician build a week-long chart of errored seconds on a given optical interface.
