What is otuc3StatisticsEntryUncorrectedBlockErrorFec?
This counter, in blocks, counts FEC blocks on an OTUC3 signal that were too corrupted for the FEC decoder to fix. Because these errors pass through to the client payload, an operator treats any nonzero value here as more urgent than the corrected-error statistics on the same interface. If this counter starts incrementing on an OTUC3 path carrying a customer's 300G wavelength service, it directly correlates with reported data corruption on that service.
