What is otu4LoopbackEnable?
This read-only CoriantTypesEnableSwitch value reports whether the loopback function is currently enabled on this OTU4 (about 111.8 Gbit/s) line-side OTN facility, defaulting to disabled. Enabling loopback is a standard fault-isolation step, letting a technician send test traffic that returns without needing a cooperating device at the far end. For example, a technician isolating a suspected cabling fault on the OTU4 facility on slot 3 would enable loopback there temporarily to confirm the local hardware itself passes traffic cleanly before blaming the fiber plant.
