What is otu4AvailStatus?

This read-only BITS value qualifies the status of this OTU4 (about 111.8 Gbit/s) line-side OTN facility with named conditions such as failed, mismatch, lowerLayerDown, degraded, busy, or inTest, shown space-separated per the underlying YANG model. It gives an operator a specific reason behind a down or degraded line-side OTN facility that the plain admin/oper status objects alone don't explain. For example, the OTU4 facility on slot 3 reporting 'lowerLayerDown' when the underlying line port itself has failed.
