What is otdrPortOtdrLastMeasurement?
This read-only IetfYangTypesDateAndTime value reports the date and time of the most recent OTDR measurement run on this port, defaulting to the all-zero timestamp when no sweep has ever been run. Operators use it to judge how current a stored fiber trace is before trusting it to represent the fiber's present condition. For example, if otdrPortOtdrLastMeasurement shows a timestamp from six months ago, an operator investigating a new loss event would know the on-file trace predates the fault and re-run the sweep rather than relying on stale data.
