What is otdrMeasurementTime?
This read-only Unsigned32 value, in seconds, reports the time remaining in the OTDR measurement currently running, defaulting to 0 when nothing is in progress. Operators use it to know how long to wait before a fiber-diagnostic sweep completes rather than repeatedly polling otdrState. For example, if a technician starts a long-range OTDR scan of a 60 km span, otdrMeasurementTime might read 45 seconds remaining right after the scan starts and count down to zero as the sweep finishes.
