What is ospfAdjacencyOspfAdjStatus?
This field reports the current OSPF adjacency state, one of down, init, attempt, twoWay, exstart, exchange, loading, or full, describing exactly how far the neighbor relationship has progressed. An operator uses this to pinpoint where an adjacency is stuck when it fails to reach full, for example stalling at exstart suggesting a master/slave negotiation problem. Seeing an adjacency stuck at twoWay rather than progressing to full is a specific, actionable clue that database exchange isn't completing, pointing the admin toward an MTU mismatch or ACL issue.
