What is oscParentOtsInterface?
This row pointer ties an OSC supervisory channel to the OTS amplified span it rides on top of, per the description identifying it as the supporting OTS interface. Operators use this relationship to know that if the parent OTS span fails, the OSC management channel riding on it will likely fail too, explaining a simultaneous loss of both traffic and remote management.
