Description: Configuration for enable or disable data communication network support of the OSC.

What is oscDataCommunication?
This setting enables or disables data communication network (DCN) support carried over the OSC channel, defaulting to enabled. An operator disables this only when the supervisory channel should carry optical telemetry alone without also tunneling management/DCN traffic between sites. If remote sites suddenly lose their inter-site management routing, checking whether this got disabled on an OSC interface is a quick first troubleshooting step.
