What is oc192ClientShutdownHoldoffTimer?

This Unsigned32 value (0-1000 milliseconds, default 0) sets how long an OC-192 (10 Gb/s SONET) client port waits before shutting down or replacing the egress client signal after client-shutdown is triggered. An administrator tunes this holdoff so brief, self-clearing line events do not needlessly interrupt the client signal, giving any protection mechanism a short grace period to react first. For example, setting a nonzero holdoff on OC-192 might let a fast optical protection switch complete before the client-facing signal is torn down, avoiding an unnecessary client-side outage for a fault that already cleared.
