UNITS:milliseconds

What is ntpAssociationStatusNtpAssociationDispersion?

This is the dispersion, in milliseconds, between the local clock and a given NTP peer's clock, representing the estimated maximum error accumulated over time since the last synchronization. This matters as another indicator of how much an admin should trust a given time source's estimate of the current time, since growing dispersion means the estimate is becoming less certain. For example, if an NTP association hasn't been successfully polled in a while, an admin would expect its ntpAssociationStatusNtpAssociationDispersion to be climbing, signaling declining confidence in that source's reported time.
