What is databaseBackupTime?
This records the date and time when a stored configuration database was last backed up, blank by default. An administrator relies on this timestamp to know how current a given backup is, which matters when deciding whether it's safe to roll back to it after a bad change or whether it's too stale to reflect recent configuration. For example, if databaseBackupTime for the most recent backup is several weeks old, an admin would know that rolling back to it would lose all configuration changes made since then.
