What is scTrapNormalized?

This TruthValue flag reported with a trap indicates whether the associated alert condition is now normal, meaning true signals the alert has cleared. An admin uses it to distinguish an active-fault notification from a follow-up 'all clear' notification for the same condition. Seeing this flip to true after a disk failure trap tells the admin the issue has been resolved, whether by replacement or self-recovery.
