What is scScStatus?
This ScStatus enumerated value reports the overall health status of a specific Storage Center system. An admin monitors it as a top-level health indicator for the whole array, similar in role to productIDGlobalStatus but scoped to one Storage Center in a multi-SC setup. A degraded status here would prompt the admin to drill into the controller, enclosure, and disk tables for that specific SC.
