What is scScForceTrap?
This read-write SnmpAdminString, when set to 'ForceTrap', manually triggers a scLocalPortsStatusChange trap, and GET always returns 'Empty'. An admin uses it to confirm that port-status-change alerts for this Storage Center are correctly received by their monitoring system before relying on it during a real port failure. It functions strictly as a test trigger rather than a live reading.
