What is scAlertAcknowledged?

This TruthValue flag tells whether a specific alert has been acknowledged via the Storage Center GUI. An admin checks it to know whether someone has already seen and accepted responsibility for an alert before duplicating effort on it. An alert still showing false for acknowledgment after a long time would flag a gap in the team's alert response process.
