This read-only Integer32 is the Rx Group Id, used as an index alongside hcxVpnRxNum to identify a specific receive-group entry within a VPN. An admin uses it to distinguish between multiple receive groups configured under the same VPN. For example, an admin references hcxVpnRxEntryId equal to 2 to identify the second receive group configured under a given VPN.
