What is hcxStuVoiceChannelPriStatus?
This read-create Com21RowStatus attribute controls creating, activating, deactivating, or destroying a voice channel row, and activation is not allowed unless all writable attributes in the row already have valid values. An admin uses it to bring a fully configured voice channel into service. For example, an admin's attempt to activate this row fails until both hcxStuVoiceChannelVpi and hcxStuVoiceChannelVci have been set to valid values.
