What is hcxVlanStatsId?

This read-only integer (1-64) is used as the index for reading the statistics of a given VLAN. An admin uses it to identify which VLAN's counters a particular stats-table row represents. For example, an admin matches hcxVlanStatsId equal to 12 to VLAN 12 when pulling that VLAN's multicast drop counters.
