What is hcxOc3VlanStatsVlanId?
This read-only integer (1-64) is the index into the OC3 VLAN statistics table, with one entry existing for each VLAN carried on the OC3 port. An admin uses it to identify which OC3-attached VLAN a given statistics row applies to. For example, an admin matches hcxOc3VlanStatsVlanId to VLAN 12 to locate that VLAN's OC3 transmit and receive packet counts.
