What is hcxShelfId?
This read-only integer (1-2) identifies the shelf id of the ComController, since the platform supports up to two physical shelves. An admin uses it to know which physical chassis a given table row's data belongs to in a multi-shelf headend. For example, seeing hcxShelfId equal to 2 tells the admin that a reported fault belongs to the expansion shelf rather than the primary one.
