What is hcxNoCurrAlarms?

This read-only integer from 0 to 255 reports the number of currently active alarms on the ComController. It's the at-a-glance headend health indicator an operator would put on a dashboard to see overall alarm load without drilling into individual alarm entries. For example, a NOC dashboard showing hcxNoCurrAlarms suddenly jumping from 0 to a double-digit number on one headend would immediately flag that site for investigation ahead of any individual alarm detail.
