This read-only value reports the state of the physical Minor Alarm Status LED on the ComController's CC board: on(1) means a minor alarm exists and the LED is lit, off(2) means none is detected. It gives the same kind of remote visibility as the major-alarm LED but for lower-severity conditions, letting an admin distinguish a minor issue from a major service-affecting one without a site visit. For example, seeing hcxMinorAlarmStatusLed on while hcxMajorAlarmStatusLed stays off would tell an operator the headend has a lower-priority issue that can be scheduled rather than treated as an emergency.
