This read-write attribute triggers a configuration backup workflow on the ComController: backupToSaved creates a user-controlled backup on the NMAPS boot server, while revertToSaved retrieves a previously saved configuration database from it. It's the disaster-recovery lever an admin uses to snapshot a known-good configuration before making risky changes, or to roll the headend back if a change goes wrong. For example, before making a significant configuration change to a headend, an operator would set hcxCnfgBackupAction to backupToSaved first, so they can use revertToSaved to undo the change if something breaks.
